Under the partnership, CDNA will work with HBI to embed Harvard Business Impact content into tailored leadership journeys, academies, and transformation programmes across regions and industries. These solutions will combine HBI’s digital and experiential learning assets with CDNA’s applied methodologies, diagnostics, and facilitation capabilities to support measurable behaviour change and sustained organisational impact.
The collaboration will focus on key leadership priorities. Programmes will be designed to support leaders across multiple levels, from senior executives to high-potential talent, and will be adaptable to diverse cultural and organisational contexts.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to evidence-based learning, behavioural science, and the practical application of leadership research. Initial engagements are underway with multinational organisations across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, with plans to expand collaboration globally.
